Barre bE (classic barre)

The object of Barre technique is to target that point of fatigue where the muscle begins to tremble. Each class is designed to allow each person to work at their own pace, but you always want to work your muscles to fatigue in every class.  Embrace the shaking this is totally natural for your muscles to quiver uncontrollably – it means you are exhausting that muscle and forcing it to tone.

The small, super-controlled movements are low impact which are easy on the joints but hard on the muscles, and also helps improve posture and balance. The movements that take place in barre classes reduce pressure on your joints, tendons, ligaments and spine. By doing barre regularly, you will also notice a remarkable improvement in your core strength and posture. While a tight core will give you a taller appearance, it will also keep you safe from injuries
