We are a locally owned barre studio combining ballet-inspired movement with Pilates, yoga, and strength.
Our classes are choreographed in house and use high reps through a small range of motion. We run heated power sculpt, classic barre signature, TRX+, and more, so there's something here whatever shape you're in right now.
Brand new or ten years in, you'll get instructors who know your name and a room that cheers you on.

“Hey y’all! I’m LaKysha, and I’m so excited to begin my journey as a first-time barre instructor! Outside of being a wife and mom of three, I decided it was time to do something for myself. After having my youngest child at 33 and overcoming postpartum depression, fitness became more than just working out—it became part of my healing. Now I’m stepping into a new season where I can encourage, uplift, and inspire others to become stronger both mentally and physically. I’m excited to grow, learn, and help create a space where everyone feels welcomed, empowered, and confident. I can’t wait to meet you in class! ✨”
