An up-tempo class that offers a combination of the muscular endurance benefits of barre and the fat blasting elements of high-intensity training. Barre Belle utilizes kettlebells and low-impact, controlled movements to build cardiovascular endurance and conditioning.
Bhoga Barre allows you to focus on a mind-body connection, utilizing deep stretches and balance at a slower tempo to provide a more relaxing movement to relieve sore and tight muscles when they need the extra love and attention. This class is a great compliment to more strenuous strength building exercises.
Barre Burn has all of the elements of the bE Barre & Bhoga barre but with a hot twist! We turn up the heat, literally, to help warm the muscles, joints and ligaments to lengthen stretches and induce more sweat! We encourage hydration and an extra towel for this one!

This class utilizes a weighted bar to increase strength, balance, flexibility, core stabilization and endurance. Weighted bars engage primary muscle groups and the important, but often-undertrained, accessory muscles. This combination of strength training and isometric barre work creates an amazing full-body workout.
