Our Gluckstadt studio runs every format we offer: ballet-inspired barre, infrared heated sculpt and flow, strength, and TRX+. Classes get choreographed fresh each week and use high reps through a small range of motion, so you build muscle without pounding your joints. Bring grip socks and water. We keep spare socks at the front desk if you forget. Mats, light weights, bands, and straps are all here. Come about ten minutes early your first time so an instructor can show you around and get your spot at the barre set up.

Common questions
- I have never taken barre. Will I be lost?
- No. Every class is built for mixed levels and the instructor calls out each movement as it happens. Tell us it's your first class when you get here and we'll put you where you can see the demonstrations best.
- What is the difference between heated and non-heated?
- Heated classes run in an infrared room that warms your muscles directly, so you can get further into a stretch. Non-heated classes run at normal studio temperature. The choreography is close to the same either way. You'll just sweat a lot more in the heated room.
- Do I need to book ahead?
